Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and artistic packaging are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
